Status - The Army Central Fund is an unincorporated registered charity governed by a scheme issued by the Charity Commissioners for England and Wales (Charity Registered Number 245700).

Corporate Trustee - The Army Central Fund Trustee Limited is the charity’s corporate trustee and is a limited liability company registered at Companies House (Company Number 11820705).  The Corporate Trustee is responsible for the charity's vision, values, policies and long term strategy. For more information on the charity and how it operates see the introduction in the Policies document.   The current Secretary and Directors of The Army Central Fund Trustee Limited are listed in our pages on the Companies House Website
